Quality Policy

Cooper Fulleon Ltd. is committed to achieving superior customer satisfaction levels and ensuring all products are manufactured to the highest quality. This is achieved through the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001. The QMS is subject to continual review to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness to fulfill the quality policies of the company.

The ISO 9001 quality policy is based upon the following principles and objectives:

  • Quality is realized in the provision of superior products that fulfil all needs and expectations of our customers.
  • It is the responsibility of all employees to play a full and active role in pursuit of the following objectives:
  1. To deliver 95% on time to customer required date.
  2. To achieve a 99% first time pass rate at final test on all the company's products
  3. To ensure that all customer concerns are completed within 20 days.
  • The measurement of Key Performance Indicators is an integral part of the Quality Management System and their results provide a framework for reviewing the effectiveness and suitability of the QMS, and establishing our quality objectives. 
  • The Directors and Management are committed to providing all employees with the necessary training, tools, and support to allow them to carry out this policy and to continually improve the effectiveness of the QMS.
