Returns

1. In order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, or report a Customer Concern, please contact our dedicated Customer Service team by fax or e-mail with the details requested in step 2.

2. The following details must be included in the E-mail/Fax request for the RAN: 

  • Part Number(s)
  • Quantity(s)
  • Batch Number(s) of each product
  • Reason for return / fault issue.
  • Debit Number, Return Number, Complaint number or PO Number
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Telephone number, Fax number and Email address.

3. Our Customer Service team will investigate and process the RAN on our system. A copy of the RAN will be e-mail / fax to you using the contact details you provided.

4. Please place a copy of the RAN note in the box with the goods being returned and clearly display the following details on the outer carton:

Please note that goods received without a return authorisation number will be refused by our goods in department and no credit will be issued.

5. Please note the validation date on your RAN note, should the goods not be received before this date the RAN will be closed and no credit will be issued.

6. Should you wish to return goods that are no longer required; a handling charge will be agreed with the Customer Service Manager.
