The department’s highly trained, dedicated sales representatives handle the many sales and technical enquiries from new, potential and existing customers during the course of a normal working day. They are all totally committed to providing the very highest levels of service to our customers.

Customer service remains at the forefront of our teams’ activities and to assist this Fulleon has developed a Customer 1st programme that ensures all areas of the business understand the needs of the customer and proactively seek to improve performance.

Common goals and key performance indicators (KPI’s) are also in place measuring a number of areas within the business such as lead times, delivery performance and response times. This ensures that the workforce and the management team are constantly appraised for how we are performing against measurable targets, providing a highly visible stimulus to drive forward further improvements and establish a world class level of customer service.
